Chris founded PSS in 2025 to import, service, and customize firearms sourced from Europe. This venture began by chance when Chris explored Shot Show a few years ago. His journey into the world of firearms intensified as he started hunting with, shooting, and competing with Spohr revolvers, eventually leading to a thriving business.

With over two decades of experience in the firearms industry, Chris is the retired owner of Bayside Custom Gunworks, where he specialized in building custom firearms for clients across the USA.

In addition to his expertise from BCG, Chris is also the founder of the Handgun Hunter's Competition, recognized as the largest gathering of handgun hunters in the world. He serves as the editor for Handgun Hunting Afield, leading a talented team of writers.

Further back in his history, Chris is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and has served as a civilian law enforcement K9 handler.
